Services

Gray Relay Systems LLC provides automated phone answering, customer intake, messaging, call routing, lead capture, and related business communication services. Features and availability may vary based on each customer's configuration and on third-party telecommunications or technology services.

Authorized use

Customers and users are responsible for providing accurate information and for using the services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements. Gray Relay Systems does not provide legal, medical, emergency, or other licensed professional advice through its general business communication services unless expressly agreed in writing and lawfully configured for that purpose.

Service limitations

Automated systems and telecommunications services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. Gray Relay Systems does not guarantee that every call, message, lead, transfer, or communication will be completed or will result in a transaction, sale, appointment, or customer relationship.

SMS terms

The Gray Relay Systems LLC messaging program provides low-volume service-related SMS and MMS communications to recipients who have directly opted in to receive messages from Gray Relay Systems. Messages may include lead or missed-call alerts, customer-message or photo-received notifications, account or service updates, demo or support communications, and other operational messages consistent with the consent provided.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Gray Relay Systems LLC at graytylerj@gmail.com. Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
