SMS Messaging Terms

Types of messages

Gray Relay Systems LLC sends low-volume service-related SMS and MMS messages to individuals who have directly opted in to receive communications from Gray Relay Systems. Recipients may include Gray Relay business customers receiving operational notifications and individuals participating in Gray Relay demonstrations or customer-support interactions. Messages may include new lead notifications, missed-call alerts, customer-message or photo-received alerts, account or service updates, demo or support communications, and other messages consistent with the consent provided.

This Gray Relay Systems messaging program is for Gray Relay Systems' own communications and demo or testing use. It is not used to send messages on behalf of unrelated third-party client businesses to their consumers.

Consent

Recipients opt in verbally during a direct interaction with Gray Relay Systems, such as business-customer onboarding, a support call, or a Gray Relay demonstration. Before messaging is enabled, Gray Relay describes the types of messages the recipient may receive and requests an explicit yes-or-no response. If the recipient does not consent, automated SMS or MMS messages are not sent. After verbal consent is provided, Gray Relay records the consent and may send a confirmation message. Consent applies only to the messaging described at the time of opt-in and may be withdrawn at any time.

Verbal opt-in script

Gray Relay Systems uses the following verbal consent language for this messaging program:

“Gray Relay Systems can send you SMS or MMS messages related to your Gray Relay service or this demo, such as lead and missed-call alerts, customer-message or photo-received notifications, account or service updates, or customer-support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Terms are available at https://grayrelaysystems.com/terms.html and our Privacy Policy is available at https://grayrelaysystems.com/privacy.html. Do you agree to receive these messages? Please say yes or no.”

Opt out

Reply STOP to any Gray Relay Systems SMS message to request that messages to that number stop. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Additional messages will not be sent unless you later provide consent again or another legally permitted basis applies.

Message frequency varies based on the service requested and the activity associated with the account or interaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
